Not a Memory, Something Personalexperimental shortFall 2012 Shot up in the backwoods of Alaska and wastelands of a salmon processing
camp, Not a Memory Something Personal is an autobiographical visual poem about an avoidant and vanishing romance between the filmmakers. While on a camping trip, one of them mysteriously disappears, tearing at the corners of their identity,
memory, love and projection. As one searches for meaning without a past,
the other struggles with his desires when they confuse memories.
